Thommen, President of the 1954 World Cup Organizing Committee. This unique, unknown document would have caused a diplomatic scandal today! We have been unable to find any written documentation of this incident, but the German flag is missing from black-and-white photos of the final! The letter documents a piece of forgotten history! The price you specify in your order is the hammer price, excluding buyer’s premium and VAT.

The buyer’s premium (auction fee) is 16.5%.

The total price is calculated as follows:

Hammer price + 16.5% buyer’s premium + shipping costs (if applicable) = Subtotal + 7% VAT = Final price

Items can be paid for and taken immediately after the auction.

For bids placed via the auction portal or written orders, items can be shipped upon request. In this case, shipping and packaging costs are borne by the buyer.
