Gilt silver, engraved "Volleyball Women".Original embroidered silk ribbon, 6.8 cm. --Minor traces of usage, especially on rim of the medal which must have happened during the award cerermony when the Cubanian volleyballers wore the medal. Small dent on the edge. There are medals with and without engraved names. The Sydney NOC asked athletes whether or not they wanted their medals to be engraved.
